A time when gaining control over our body takes on new urgency. For some, it’s a scary health diagnosis. For others it’s watching a loved one struggle with their own health problems. And for others still, it’s when they finally realize they’ve spent so many years taking care of others, that they neglected to take care of themselves. When it’s time to turn things around and start a new health and fitness program, however, it can be difficult to know what to do next. JOIN ME ON A 12 WEEK NUTRITION AND FITNESS JOURNEY
I offer a 12 week, real life, habit based nutrition and fitness coaching program for those who are ready to make a change not only physically but mentally.
NO COUNTING CALORIES OR MACROS. NO STRICT MEAL PLANS. NO DIETING. JUST SIMPLE, DOABLE ACTIONS.
You will simply learn skills and behaviors that you will be able to integrate into your lifestyle quickly and easily.
WHAT YOU WILL RECIEVE FROM ME -An initial one on one consultation with me either in person or virtually to discuss your goals, give you an orientation of the program and answer any questions you may have.
Every 1-2 Weeks -You will receive a new module delivered to your inbox. Each module contains 10 short lessons for you to read over which will take a total of 5-10 minutes per day.
Anytime (with nutrition and fitness program) -You will have access to a library of online workouts of different intensities and durations so you can choose which one is best for your schedule and fitness level.
-If you live in the area you are invited to join my in person workouts scheduled 2 times a week.
Every Day -You will practice a quick daily action to help you build life long habits and to help keep you accountable.
-You will have life long access to an exclusive private online community group page where you will find on going discussions, recipes, articles, infographics, and additional resources and challenges.
